Adams Morgan Main Street 's Organization Committee manages the

financial and logistics aspect of the group. Use your fundraising or event management skills with our Committee.

EVENTS :

Wine Tastings; Summer Sampler, AdamsMorgan BowWow PowWow, AMDay Festival, Tree Plantings, Streetscape surveys, Tree Care, Store Openings, and Volunteer appreciation parties

ACTIVITIES:

Grant writing, Fundraising plan; Network with community groups; Organizing and recruiting volunteers; Liaison with businesses; Attend ANC or other local meetings; Match volunteers with activities, Liase with hotels and concierges.

We will also be helping to organize our popular neighborhood festival, Adams Morgan Day, which will take place on September 12, 2010 .
